The Maple Course
|
 |
The pride of Oak Gables is the Maple Course, a picturesque layout that winds its way to the back of the course property. Here golfers will find themselves in a scenic valley surrounded by beautiful views in all directions. Oak Gables' most difficult hole can be found on the Maple nine. While only 273 yards in length, precise shot making is required on the par four 7th to stay out of trouble presented by both a pond and a creek on the right side of the fairway. A pond also guards the front right side of the green which leads to a very tough approach shot. It's a great hole, one where you may see more bogeys than birdies!
