The Ross family thanks everyone who participated in our 2009 programs, camps & clinics. Our first year of the Ross Golf Academy saw improvements in all of our participants, now it is our turn to improve. Our clinics/camps will be divided into various ‘abilities’ and offer every golfer a chance to improve regardless of your skill level or age.

May/June Clinics (ages 6-12)

Intro (Level 1) Clinics ($100/session)

These clinics are for introductory purposes. By using the RCGA Future Links material, we hope to introduce your children to the game of a lifetime. These clinics will teach the fundamentals of golf as well as the etiquette and rules of the game. Each participant will complete eight 1-hour sessions. These sessions will be held over the first 4 weekends in May followed by the first four weekends in June. Children will be divided into appropriate age groups and times as follows:

Advanced (Level 2) Clinics ($100/session)

For those advanced young golfers, or golfers who successfully completed Level 1 last year, we will offer Level 2 sessions at the following time slots.

These advanced clinics will provide a review and refresher of all fundamentals as well as more challenging skill development.

Summer Camps ($300/week)

Our summer camps are open to juniors aged 9-15 of all golfing ability. They will take place Monday- Friday, 9 a.m. -3 p.m. Each day will be divided into morning instruction and skill testing followed by lunch (included), ending with 9 holes on the course every afternoon with counselors. Camps will be held during the weeks of:

• July 5 — 9
• July 19 — 23
• August 2 — 6
• August 16 — 20

Over-flow camps will be available if needed.

After School Clinics ($10/night)

These clinics are available to juniors of all ages and ability levels. In May, June, September, and October, we will be having 1-hour clinics every Monday from 4 5 p. m. These clinics will touch base on a new skill each week. These clinics will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis at a cost of $10/ hour. Call the pro shop in advance to book a spot.

Every Monday night is JUNIORS PLAY FREE night with a paying adult. Come to the clinic – then play a few holes!
